SHIPPING POLICY FOR SUNNY & CLEAR

Processing Time:


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing time may vary during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Methods:


We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping USPS (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping USpS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
  • Priority Shipping USPS Priority Mail Express(1-2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.We are able to substitute for UPS if that works better, or is cheaper, for your location.

Shipping Destinations:


We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Notifications:


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Free Shipping:


Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States, and on select items in our shop. Free shipping eligibility is calculated after any discounts have been applied.

Lost or Stolen Packages:


Sunny & Clear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Address Changes:


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Customs and Duties (for International Orders):


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Delays:


Sunny & Clear is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or customs delays.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:


If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Refunds for the product cost will be issued, excluding shipping fees.
